Thank you!! :) Do you mean detox symptoms? I was also vegetarian before I transitioned into veganism and I had detox symptoms for about a month. I’m pretty sure it was because my diet was fairly heavy in dairy products, and I was also including way more raw foods in my diet during my transition than I had been eating. For about a month I had a ridiculous amount of gas (sorry, possibly tmi, haha), some headaches, and digestion issues. Nothing unbearable but it definitely felt like my body was cleansing out a whole bunch of toxins.
How long the detox symptoms last depends on the person, but I guarantee you’ll come out on the other side feeling amazing and have more energy than ever. To help with the transition drink LOTS of water, eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and greens, get plenty of sleep, and exercise regularly. My personal favorite natural remedies to aid in detox are kombucha, white/green teas, and hot water with lemon :)
If you’re already vegetarian I recommend going cold-turkey and pick a date to officially cut out all animal products. If that doesn’t feel right to you, it’s always okay to transition gradually - but stick to it! Grab a calendar and plan a date you want to be completely vegan by. And one last thing… don’t get upset with yourself if you cave and eat something non-vegan. Mistakes are okay. Be gentle with yourself and remember all the reasons why you want to make this transition.
Best of luck to you! <3 Please feel free to message me off-anon if you have any more questions, and I’ll reply privately! <3

Love yourself Now. Love your humanity, your ability to spring back, your strength in holding on, your depth of feeling, your longing for connection. Love who you are underneath the things you want to change. Get to know your own Heart. It is truly beautiful and more than worthy. It’s pure energy, pulsating with love. Its vibration is divine.
Namaste, beautiful spirit. <3”
