Favorite smoothie: Papaya/banana mmmmm

I need to stop being a papaya purist and make one of these because I’ve heard papaya-banana smoothies are amazing.

voyage-and-abode:

Wonderful (almost organic salad) as every vegetable except the cucumbers and red onion were from a known source.

It was made up of  red rolla, chard, rokka, and lettuce (all from our garden! And I remember planting some of them! eeeek!) as well as kohlrabi and beets from my aunts garden. The onion and cucumbers came from the dumpster I believe! So an essentially “free” salad.

Also the dressing was olive oil, lemon juice, honey and cumin seeds.

Mango Cheesecake Smoothie/Smoothie bowl.
Definitely the best thing I’ve made yet. 6 bananas, 4 ataulfo mangoes, 2 medjool dates, 1 vanilla bean, and cinnamon. For the smoothie bowl I used frozen bananas and added date caramel and that is 100% how I would recommend anyone else eat this- it was SO GOOD and seriously tastes like cheesecake to me.

Guys, this dressing is SO good. I’ve been putting it on all of my salads lately and I haven’t gotten tired of it AT ALL. It take less than 5 minutes to whip up and I promise it’ll change the way you eat salads.

I usually only cook for one so this recipe makes for one serving (it’s seriously…
