Mango Cheesecake Smoothie/Smoothie bowl.
Definitely the best thing I’ve made yet. 6 bananas, 4 ataulfo mangoes, 2 medjool dates, 1 vanilla bean, and cinnamon. For the smoothie bowl I used frozen bananas and added date caramel and that is 100% how I would recommend anyone else eat this- it was SO GOOD and seriously tastes like cheesecake to me.

This recipe was inspired by Angi’s delicious looking OJ and strawberries smoothie. It is so refreshing, gave me instant energy, and is one of the tastiest smoothies I’ve ever made. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise while drinking it!

The Bahama-Mama Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh squeezed OJ

1/2 cup of frozen OJ concentrate

1 cup frozen mangoes

2 cups of frozen strawberries

Add OJ, mangoes, and strawberries to blender and run until smooth. Just drink, sit back, and you will feel like you’re on a beach in no time!
